Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, yet with the items sold is purely intimate in nature and the sales platform being solely online, certain limitations apply. We offer exchanges for brassieres, but no exchanges are offered for panties due to hygienic concerns. You are required to inform us about by writing to contact@weartinge.com or by messaging us on social media / whatsapp / text within 3 days of the delivery of the package and instructions will be provided to you upon the receipt of your request. The labels and the tags must be available in the garments returned in order for the exchange to be accepted. |
